· How physical and emotional health, communication and sensory needs impact those with SEN and neurodiverse conditions
· How to complete recordings, analyse and investigate the possible functions, setting events and triggers of behaviours
· How to use this information to engage in reflective practice as a staff team to understand why behaviours are happening in your setting

· Explaining how proactive strategies can be used to promote positive communication, sensory and emotional regulation
· Explaining how strategies can be identified once the functions, setting events and triggers for behaviours of concern have been considered
· Considering what communicative supports are and how they can be used within your environment
· Look at what sensory supports are and how they can be used within your environment
· A more in-depth consideration of the impact of emotional dysregulation on behaviours of concern, and how your environment can support regulation
Organisations can avail of further training sessions tailored to their specific setting or needs, from a variety of specialist topics including:
- Understanding Behaviour and ADHD,

- Behaviour and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profiles,
